Welcome to Luxe Retreats. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, booking services, accommodations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By booking a stay with us, visiting our properties, or using our website www.MyLuxeRetreats.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not proceed with a reservation or use our Services.

1. Booking & Reservation Policy

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Luxe Retreats.

A reservation is not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation email is issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

Minimum stay requirements may apply and vary per property.

2. Payment Terms

Full or partial payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm a reservation.

Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, ACH transfers, or other approved platforms.

For direct bookings, payment terms will be outlined in your confirmation invoice.

Bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Vrbo) are subject to their payment policies.

3. Security Deposit & Damages

A security deposit may be required prior to check-in, either via pre-authorization or charge.

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during their stay.

Luxe Retreats reserves the right to charge for any repairs, replacements, or excessive cleaning required post-checkout.

In the event of damage, a detailed invoice and supporting documentation will be provided.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation terms vary by property and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstance.

Refundable bookings may be eligible for a partial or full refund if canceled within the applicable cancellation window.

Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics) may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Check-In / Check-Out Policy

Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee and must be requested in advance.

Access codes, key instructions, and welcome details will be sent prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access codes.

6. Guest Conduct & Property Use

Guests agree to treat the property with care and respect at all times.

No parties, loud noise, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted unless explicitly approved by Luxe Retreats.

All properties are non-smoking unless otherwise stated.

Only the number of guests included in the reservation are permitted on-site unless prior written approval is granted.

Guests agree to comply with all local laws, building rules, HOA regulations, and community standards.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

Luxe Retreats is not liable for any loss, theft, accident, or injury that occurs during your stay, unless caused by our direct negligence.

We are not responsible for disruptions caused by third parties (e.g., neighbors, utilities, city services).

Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for unforeseen events, delays, or cancellations.

8. Privacy

By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell guest information and take reasonable measures to protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including photos, branding, logos, and written materials, are the property of Luxe Retreats and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in New York County, NY.

Luxe Retreats reserves the right to pursue legal action for unpaid balances, property damages, or breach of terms.

11. Amendments

Luxe Retreats reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
